Article 3. JURISDICTION, VIOLATION AND PENALTIES  

These regulations shall govern all subdivisions of land within the corporate limits of Dublin, Georgia, and shall govern all undeveloped units of existing subdivisions.

Any person, firm, corporation or agent, servant, employee, officer or contractor for any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision, requirement, term, or condition of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
