Article 2. AUTHORITY  


The Dublin subdivision regulations are adopted under authority granted by the General Planning Enabling Legislation of the State of Georgia, 1957, as amended, (Georgia Code Annotated, Section 69-12 et seq.) The Dublin Planning Commission shall be the official platting authority.

No subdivider shall sell or negotiate to sell any lot in a proposed subdivision by reference to or exhibition of or by any other use of a plat of such subdivision, until such plat has been given final approval by the Dublin Planning Commission, as certified thereon, and recorded in the office of the Superior Court of Laurens County.
