§ 11-52. Means of collection.

The city exclusively shall provide for the collection and disposal of commercial refuse within the city; however, the city may enter into a contract with any person authorized to do business in the state for the collection and disposal of commercial refuse. If commercial refuse is not stored and placed for collection as required by this article the city shall have the right of not collecting said refuse.
