§ 4-19. Duration and renewal of license.

(a)

Duration and renewal of licenses under this chapter shall be as for business and occupational licenses generally, and no licensee shall have any vested right to the renewal of any city license.

(b)

No licenses under this chapter may be renewed if the licensee could be denied a new license under this chapter.
