§ 4-17. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in billiard rooms.

Alcoholic beverages may be sold by the drink for consumption on the premises of a billiard room, if the establishment derives at least seventy-five (75) per cent of its revenue from the sale of products or services other than alcoholic beverages in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 43-8-2(b)(3).
