§ 4-15. Legal hours for drinking.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation owning or operating a place of business licensed under this chapter for consumption on the premises to permit any person to drink any alcoholic beverage upon the business premises between the hours of 1:00 a.m., Sunday morning, and 6:00 a.m. on the following Monday morning, and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on the other days of the week.
