§ 2-94. Approval and payment of disbursements.

(a)

Disbursements not exceeding three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) may be made with the approval of the city manager or mayor and city council.

(b)

Disbursements exceeding three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) must be approved by the mayor and city council.

(c)

All checks drawn by the city shall be signed by the city clerk and countersigned by the city manager or mayor.
