§ 24-70. Tapping fees.

(a)

The fee for sewer taps shall be calculated on a cost plus basis as established by the city manager. A schedule of these charges shall be made available upon request.

(b)

In the event it is necessary to cut the street pavement in order to make a sewer tap, a charge in addition to those named in subsection (a), on a cost plus basis as established by the city manager, will be made for the purpose of repairing the pavement.
