§ 23-54. Parking at businesses after closing.

It shall be unlawful and punishable for any person to remain upon the premises or parking areas of any business while said business is closed, without the consent of the owner of said business; provided that in parking areas which are common to more than one (1) business, such conduct shall be unlawful only while all of the businesses are closed.
