§ 20-40. Assemblages obstructing streets, public places prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any persons to assemble in a crowd so as to in any manner obstruct the free passage of the streets, sidewalks, public ways and public grounds in the city. Each person forming a part of such assemblage, after notice by any duly constituted law officer having jurisdiction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
