§ 13-19. Abandonment prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon any vehicle or appliance of any type within the city nor shall any vehicle or appliance left at any place within the city for such time and under such circumstances as to cause such vehicle or appliance reasonably to appear to have been abandoned.
